Twilio License Agreement

Twilio License Agreement

14.1 Term. The period of these terms begins on the day you accept these terms and lasts twelve months. This is called the beginning. These Terms are automatically extended for an additional period of one year (an «Extension Period» each), unless you or Twilio notify the non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the initial period or an extension period. The initial period and all extension periods are referred to as the «expiry period» in this Agreement. In these Terms of Use («Terms»), «we», «us», «us» or «Twilio» refer to Twilio Inc., 375 Beale Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94105, and the terms «you», «your» and «customer» refer to you. To be authorized to register for a Twilio account in order to use the Twilio Services, you must verify and accept these Terms by clicking on the «I Agree» or «First Steps» button or any other mechanism provided. If you register for a Twilio account to use the Twilio Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization and promise Twilio that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms (and in this case, the terms «you» and «your» or «customer» refer to that organization). The exception is that this organization has a separate written agreement with Twilio on the use of twilio services, in which case this agreement governs such use. Twilio Inc.Attn: Twilio Designated DMCA Agent 375 Beale Street, Suite 300San Francisco, CA 94105+1 877-889-4546legalnotices@twilio.com This applies to all claims based on legal theories, unless the claim corresponds to one of the following exceptions in section 18.2 (waivers of the arbitration agreement). It applies even when you no longer use your customer accounts or have closed them. If we have a dispute as to whether this arbitration agreement can be applied or whether it applies to our dispute, we all agree that the arbitrator will also decide.

17.6 Communications. Any communication required or permitted under this Agreement shall be notified in writing to the Party at the address indicated in this Agreement by personal supply, registered letter, return slip, overnight delivery by a nationally recognized carrier or by e-mail. Billing notifications to the customer are addressed to the corresponding billing contact indicated by the customer on his account.
